Study new AI ideas by asking what mechanism changed, what new capability it enables, what failure modes it creates, and how the idea survives contact with a real engineering system.

- Assume technical competence and spend space on the mechanism, not generic AI introductions.
- Separate a research idea, model capability, product feature, framework abstraction, and production engineering pattern when those are easy to confuse.
- Explain architecture, state, context, tool use, evaluation, recovery paths, and operational tradeoffs when they determine whether a system works.
- Use implementation sketches, diagrams, experiments, and failure cases when they reveal more than prose alone.
- Treat novelty as useful only when it changes capability, reliability, cost, leverage, or engineering judgment.
